Milford Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a multi-doctor hospital with an experienced Team Member base in a well-established hospital! We are located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, 1.5 hours from NYC. Duties
A Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and compassionate service while answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and patients, and managing front desk operations. This role includes maintaining accurate medical records, processing invoices and payments, communicating effectively with veterinarians and hospital Team Members, and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive client experience while supporting the overall operations of the hospital.
