Milford Animal Hospital is Currently seeking Associate Veterinarians to join a multi-doctor hospital with an experienced staff in a well-established hospital! We are located in Northeastern Pennsylvania, 1.5 hours from NYC. Duties
All veterinarian are expected to be able to:
- Triage patients presenting for emergency complaints
- Interpret diagnostic radiographs and hematologic findings performed on-site
- Swiftly dictate a treatment plan to appropriate staff members for emergency patients
- Comfortably communicate with clients as to the options available to them for the patient
- Perform basic wound closure when appropriate
- Perform surgery when appropriate or be able to stabilize and refer patient to another veterinarian at the practice or a speciality center when in the best
- Interest of the patient
Qualifications
Candidate must be a graduate from an AVMA accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program.
